Effective and light apartments

The apartments are situated alongside the park, divided between 4 apartment blocks, each of 3 stories with 12/24 apartments in each. Each story has 8/12 apartments, half of which are mirror-imaged. Many of the apartments will have a sea view. All will have a view of the park

The apartments have a very effective layout, with large window panes that make the apartments light and airy. Large glass doors open on to two covered balconies, each of approx. 9 sq. m. (approx. 18 sq. m. for the end apartments). The living room may be integrated with the balconies, providing a total floorage of approx. 32 sq. m. (42 sq. m. for the end apartments). The balconies have railings in steel and glass, which provide an optimal view. The pillars on the balconies are ideal for hammocks. The bedroom has an adjoining bath and a wardrobe and access to a balcony with a view over the park. The living-room ceiling is high in the 2nd story, where there is a mezzanine floor which may be used as a study or for extra sleeping accommodation.
