Two-story attached house with a mezzanine floor. These houses are designed to provide the optimal view of both the sea and the park, besides offering privacy. This is achieved by a wall that separates the houses and by placing the living areas on the 1st floor. The houses are located at a somewhat higher level than the beach houses to allow for a panoramic view from the 1st floor terrace. If you turn around 180 degrees, you will get a full view of the park.
The ground floor includes three spacious bedrooms, all with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. Alternatively, one of the bedrooms may be converted into a conservatory (alternative 2).
The 1st floor is made up of large living-room/kitchen of approx. 75 sq. m. Alternatively, a part of the living-room may be converted into an extra bedroom.
Furthermore, the 1st floor has two terraces totalling around 65 sq. m. The living-room has glass doors that may be opened up towards the terrace, providing an "outdoor area" of around 140 sq. m. In addition, the living-room has high ceilings because of the pitched roof. The part of the living-room facing the park has a mezzanine of around 20 sq. m. which may be used as office or as an extra bedroom.
The house has a carport under the terrace and a private, tropical garden both in front and at the back of the house. A private swimming pool in the back garden may be ordered as an optional facility. The house comes in two alternative designs.
ALTERNATIVE 1 - Level 1:
Carport under the terrace. Master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, washstand and tubing for a washing machine and a wardrobe. Two bedrooms, shower with toilet and washstand and a wardrobe. Entrance/hall with guest toilet. Large, covered patio. Store rooms underneath the outdoor and indoors stairs.
ALTERNATIVE 1 - Level 2:
Kitchen/living-room with two large terraces, panoramic view of the sea and open view of the park. The living-room comprises a kitchen part, a bar counter, an eating area and a sitting area. Stairs from the terrace to a private garden. Mezzanine over a part of the living-room.
ALTERNATIVE 2 - Level 1:
Carport under the terrace. Conservatory with folding doors towards private garden with swimming pool. Two bedrooms, shower with toilet and washstand and wardrobe. Entrance/hall with guest toilet. Large, covered patio. Storerooms underneath the indoor and outdoor stairs.
ALTERNATIVE 2 - Level 2:
Kitchen/living-room with two large terraces, panoramic view of the sea and open view towards the park. The living-room consists of a kitchen area, a bar counter, a dining area and a sitting area. Master bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, washstand and tubing for a washing machine and a wardrobe. Stairs from terrace to private garden. Mezzanine floor in the master bedroom.
